  • What is the K complex?

Present in all the products of the line, the K complex is an innovative and exclusive asset of Kanechom, which performs an intelligent treatment, replenishing proteins and amino acids.

  • Does Kanechom's shampoo have salt?

All Kanechom shampoos do not have salt, this means that the formula has no addition of sodium chloride. It is indicated for those who have the habit of washing their hair every day, as it prevents dryness and helps to maintain the durability of the coloring.

  • Do you perform animal testing?

Kanechom is a company that cares about animals and does not carry out tests.

  • Can I use the mask as a finisher?

We do not recommend it, as the mask can create overlap of assets on the wires. The ideal is to use our combing creams without rinsing, which have been developed exclusively to give the perfect finish that your hair needs.

  • For which skin type are the products of the Kanechom body line indicated?

The kanechom body line is suitable for all skin types, for use on the hands and body.

  • Can Kanechom moisturizing body lotions be applied to the face?

They can be used yes, but avoid applying in the eye and mouth area.

  • How often can I use moisturizing body lotion?

We recommend using it every day, but the amount of times will depend on your individual hydration needs.

KIDS

  • From what age can you use Kanechom's children's line?

The Kids Kanechom line was developed for children from 3 years of age.

  • What is the difference between the children's product and the others in the Kanechom line?

The formulas are gentler and developed especially for the care of children's hair, they are all dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested, this way it does not irritate the eyes.

VEGAN 

  • Are the products vegan?

All Kanechom products are vegan, that is, they do not have animal origin.

All the inputs used, we have certificates of analysis and these analyzes are reproduced in our physicochemical and microbiological laboratories.
